If you have requested a password reset via the “forgot password” option, but you haven’t received an email with a link to reset your password, it could be because of one of the following reasons:
- The email went to your spam folder. Please check to see if it’s there.
- You registered your account using a different email address. Try requesting the password reset again using another email address.
If you’re sure that you’ve registered your account but don’t know which email address you used, please contact our support team at support@human.health and we’ll happily check if there is a Human Health account registered under any of the email addresses you provide.
