Your patients will need your Unique Invitation Code to connect with you on Human Health.
Ensure that:
- You have shared the correct code with your patients – use the ‘Copy to clipboard’ button to make sure you’re sending the right code to your patients
- Your patients have navigated to the ‘My care team’ page on the Human Health app and input your code to send you a request
