Introduction
Sign in with Apple helps you easily and securely sign in to the Human Health app with your Apple ID. When you use Sign in with Apple, you don't have to specify a username and password for our app.
- For Apple devices: to use Sign in with Apple you first need be signed in to iCloud on your Apple device (find out more about Sign in with Apple).
- For Android and web: you can simply sign in with your Apple iCloud credentials.

Create a Human Health account using Sign in with Apple on your iOS Device
Sign in with Apple automatically fills in the information from your Apple ID. You can edit your name if you like and choose Share My Email or Hide My Email. Learn more about Hide My Email.
- Press the Sign in with Apple button on the Human Health sign up screen.
- Tap Continue and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode to sign in. If you don't have Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode set up, enter your Apple ID password.
If you don't have an existing account with Human Health, one will be automatically created for you when you use Sign in with Apple.
Note: You need to be signed in with your Apple ID in System Preferences > Apple ID on your Mac or Settings > [your name] on your iOS device. You will also need two-factor authentication turned on.
Logging Into an Existing Human Health Account with Sign-In with Apple on iOS
Once you have an existing Human Health account, simply tap the Log In with Apple button on the Human Health sign-up screen.
- If you Signed In with Apple previously, this will automatically log you in.
- If you had an existing email & password for Human health, but have yet to Sign In with Apple, you will need to share your email with us
Note: the email shared with us at this step must be the same as the one you used to create the initial account with us.

Create a Human Health account with Sign in with Apple on Android and Web
You can also use Sign in with Apple on other platforms like Android or desktop.
- Tap the Sign up with Apple button on the Human Health app sign-up screen.
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
- The first time you sign in, you'll be prompted for a verification code from your trusted Apple device or phone number. Check your device and enter the code.
- Sign in with Apple automatically passes on your email address and name from your Apple ID. You can edit your name if you like and choose Share My Email or Hide My Email. Find out more about Hide My Email.
- Tap Continue to complete the sign-up process.
Logging into an Existing Human Account with Sign in with Apple on Android and Web
Once you have an existing Human Health account, simply tap the Log In with Apple button on the Human Health login screen.
- You will need to sign into your Apple account in the screen that appears.
- If you already Signed In with Apple when creating the account, it will automatically log you in.
- If you haven’t yet, but have an existing email & password for Human health, going through the Sign In with Apple flow will prompt you to share your email with us.
Note: the email shared with us at this step must be the same as the one you used to create the initial account with us.

Using Hide My Email with Apple
This is only advised when creating new accounts: existing accounts that already have an email address attached to them will not be merged and a new account will be created under the new email presented.
Concretely, choosing ‘hide my email’ when logging in with Apple may not match the email address we have for your account, if the account was not created via Apple Sign In.
Removing your Sign In with Apple
To un-link your Apple ID email, please see the Apple guide: Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple.
- Once unlinked, you can later choose to Log In with Apple again inside the Human App, and re-share the email that matches your Human account.
- If you would prefer to move to a username + password login, you will need to note down the email address shown in your Human account when logged in, and then go through the logged-out password reset flow in the Human app.
